Happy New Year 2008

We spent a glorious Hogmanay down on the seafront. We gathered at the war memorial at 11:30pm. We all lit candle lanterns, and sang a couple of hymns. Then we followed the piper along the seafront down to the fountain, and counted-down to midnight.
A good display of fireworks from the harbour wall, and then off to the Carnegie Hall for soup and sausage rolls. A good opportunity to wish everyone a happy new year, and then off home.

Apologies to everyone who tried to phone us around midnight - we'll catch up with you all today.

Happy New Year. As you very decently include the RJ on your list of links, would you like your site to be included on the RJ's blog links? Email us at rt@spp-group.com
